Sparkle is Hiring! Digital Ads Manager

Sparkle Stories is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Ads Manager to lead our online advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital advertising campaigns and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

This role collaborates with the Marketing Director and COO, and reports to the Sparkle COO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram - and other platforms as we grow.
  • Create, monitor, and adjust ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to target the right audience segments.
  • Give feedback on Sparkle’s ad creatives and ad copy that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • A/B test ad variations and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a digital ads manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Proficiency in ad tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Certifications in digital marketing and advertising platforms are a plus.

Terms:

This is a contract position, to be paid hourly. After set up, estimate of 5-10 hours per week, depending on campaign.
