Our iOS app has an update! We’re rolling out some exciting new features that have been heavily requested — on this upgrade, you’ll find:
Your favorite stories are easily shareable!
We’ve added a button on the bottom right corner of each story that will bring up a pop-up menu where you can choose where you’d like to share — send any story through email or share on your social media accounts. We’ll be rolling out some additional sharing features soon — keep on the lookout!
Stories you’ve already heard will be marked as “played.”
If you’ve listened to it already, a small green checkmark will appear next to the story length. You'll find this feature on our streaming website, also.
The ability to block sensitive content.
Head to your account settings, located at the top right corner of the homepage (where your initials are). You’ll see the switch to not show sensitive stories under the settings.
You can find this feature on the streaming website, as well. Head to "My Account," and then scroll down to "Options," located at the bottom of the page. You can find the switch under that section.
What are sensitive stories? These are stories that may include complex topics such as death, loss, familial challenges, and hard emotions.
How to update your iOS app:
Open the iTunes App Store on your iPhone or iPad Tap the "Updates" icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen Scroll and find the Sparkle App icon — tap "Update" and you'll be all set!

We hope you enjoy these changes!
