Ben Thompson, a cat who is new to the Junkyard, meets a porcupine named Zippy – who is anything but fast. Zippy brings Ben to a special event that happens once a week at the Junkyard – All Clear Day – when all of the Junkyard workers stay home and the animals get to enjoy the grounds — all by themselves!
