Storybox Playlist: Stories of Resilience
Have you ever had to blow up balloons for party? They go from size of your finger to the size of a large ball. They are made of material that is stretchy and resilient. Sometimes you get a balloon that is inelastic and just pops on the second or third inflation. That’s no fun.
We need to learn about resilience these days. Resilience is all about being able to weather the strain and stress and come out better on the other side. Think of a flower that has been trampled and pops back up the next day, a baby learning to walk, or a boxer who keeps rolling with the punches. I hope these stories inspire your family to keep on going, to be flexible and bendable — and to come back stronger for another day.
