As Downtown Dave begins his training to be a superhero, he's disappointed at the nature of the training until he learns Step Three in the Prime Power Protocol.

After signing a contract committing to a year of How to Be Super training, Downtown Dave learns Step Two of the Prime Power Protocol.

By following Step One of the Prime Power Protocol, Dave is introduced to Many Mary and Milkman who interview him with the most unexpected questions.
