Give your kid a jar and one job for the walk: notice something. A leaf. A stone. Whatever they bring home goes in the jar, a small collection of the kind of day nobody remembers except for what ends up sitting on the windowsill.

A craft that turns the whole family into superheroes for an afternoon: everyone draws a portrait, names a real superpower, and gets proof of it on an actual card. Ours ended up on the fridge, right where we'll see them every day.
