Storybox Playlist: Stories of the Power of Advent

Advent is a powerful time. It is a time of waiting, patience, and quiet. It’s also a time of transformation and looking inward. It’s a powerful time when the year is coming to an end, the day are short and dark, and the natural world is moving into stillness. There is time for inward reflection, but also for giving and being helpful to others in need.

We have so many stories about Advent on the website that it was hard to choose just five. We’ve chosen a few stories here in which characters are faced with discomfort or impatience, take a moment of reflection, and then deal with it appropriately — often in the form of giving to others and helping those in need.

Long into your Sparkle Account to listen.
