Recently, we've been having unseasonably cold rainy days that have kept us inside. This often means less movement. Movement everyday is so important for our mental and emotional well being. There is a wonderful saying, "There is no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing." I totally agree! I try to get outside everyday, whatever the weather and whatever my emotional or mental state. If I'm in a grumpy mood, a little outdoor movement perks me up. If I'm in a good mood, some time outside just makes me feel even better! The stories in this playlist were chosen to inspire your little one to get moving even when they don't want to.
