Give your kid a jar and one job for the walk: notice something. A leaf. A stone. Whatever they bring home goes in the jar, a small collection of the kind of day nobody remembers except for what ends up sitting on the windowsill.

Before the capes and secret identities, the real superpower is knowing what you're already good at. This Sparkle craft turns your kid into a life-size list of everything that makes them them, well, THEM: paper, a pencil, and twenty minutes is all it takes.

Five simple, hands-on projects for helping kids (and grown-ups) get to know themselves a little better, and love what they find. From courage bracelets to journal prompts, these are easy ways to build self-knowledge as a family.

We've joined forces with the lovely folks over at Earlybird to bring you this wonderful "C is for Caterpillar" Collage Craft which encourages creativity, works on fine-motor skills, and helps to teach children about letters!
