Make an art supply holder for art that wants to happen while out and about – whether on a trip, waiting at a doctors office or at the playground! Inspired by the *Martin & Sylvia: Saturdays!* story “A Better Way." To make room for the making that doesn’t happen in our house, the out and about art box is just the thing!

The project this week is a special one – something that, like Martin, will fill you with the quiet excitement of a new project! We’re going out into the world and making our very own nature art.

We’re going to show you how to make a chalk mural of your own, inspired by the Martin & Sylvia: Saturdays! story "Important to Us All."

Bring the excitement of a fire station into your own home with a cardboard fire station, where you can train to become a firefighter too.

Like Martin and Sylvia, you can honor a favorite tree of your own (and weave in some memories too).

Have some creative, wintery fun, just like Martin and Sylvia in the Martin & Sylvia: Saturdays! story, “Four In One Snow Forts."

Get kids in the organizing mood with this craft project, inspired by the Martin & Sylvia: Saturdays! story, “The Organizing Bug."

In the Martin & Sylvia: Saturdays! story, “Can’t Wait to Wait," Sylvia feels anxious about the long wait at a local restaurant. Have that problem? Make a soft sculpture take-along for the next time you're faced with a wait.

Hand-painted and graphic, these beautiful cards will be a joy to both send and receive!

In the Martin & Sylvia: Saturdays! story, “Mouse Houses”, Sylvia finds a little mouse nest nestled in their woodpile. You too can build a little mouse house indoors with this sweet little hand-stitched mouse!
